These Terms govern access to ArcX documentation, interfaces, and protocol-related information. By using ArcX interfaces, you confirm that you understand the risks described in the Risk Disclosure and that you are responsible for your own decisions.

Eligibility

You may not use ArcX interfaces if you are:
  • located in, organized in, or ordinarily resident in a restricted jurisdiction
  • subject to sanctions or owned or controlled by a sanctioned person
  • accessing ArcX for a prohibited, illegal, or restricted purpose
  • unable to use digital assets or DeFi protocols under laws that apply to you
ArcX interfaces may block, restrict, or terminate access based on jurisdiction, sanctions, wallet screening, or compliance controls. See Restricted Jurisdictions for the current ArcX interface restrictions.

No Investment Advice

ArcX documentation and interfaces are for informational and technical access purposes only. They are not investment, legal, tax, accounting, financial, or trading advice. You are responsible for evaluating every vault, market maker, series, order, token, and reward program before participating.

Protocol Risk

ArcX uses smart contracts and off-chain infrastructure. You accept the risk of smart-contract bugs, oracle errors, chain failures, transaction failures, liquidation or borrower default, market volatility, illiquidity, and unavailable interfaces. Order settlement is enforced by on-chain logic. The off-chain matching service can find candidate matches, but on-chain contracts verify APR bounds, slippage bounds, and settlement constraints before execution. ArcX uses third-party protocols and infrastructure, including Wildcat lending markets, to support vault lending flows. By using ArcX interfaces, you acknowledge that your use involves those third-party systems and that you are responsible for reviewing any terms, disclosures, and risks that apply to them.

Rewards Are Not Promised

CreditTokens are used for reward distribution when a market maker shares rewards received from an underlying protocol. No TGE, airdrop, reward amount, conversion ratio, eligibility, timing, transferability, or market value is promised. CreditTokens are not exchange points and do not create a direct claim against any underlying protocol.

Market Maker And Distribution Risk

Vaults depend on market makers. A market maker may default, underperform, receive fewer rewards than expected, be excluded from a rewards program, or fail to fund a CreditToken distribution contract. You choose the market maker and series you want exposure to. You bear the risks of that choice.

Restricted Activity

You may not use ArcX interfaces to evade sanctions, launder funds, manipulate markets, attack smart contracts, interfere with infrastructure, or violate laws that apply to you. ArcX interfaces may use geofencing, wallet screening, and other controls to restrict access.

No Warranty

ArcX documentation, interfaces, and protocol-related information are provided as-is. No warranty is given that any interface, contract, market, orderbook, oracle, vault, distribution contract, or reward program will work without error or interruption. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you are responsible for all losses, taxes, legal obligations, and reporting obligations arising from your use of ArcX.
