ArcX interfaces are not available for transaction activity by individuals or entities that are located in, ordinarily resident in, organized in, incorporated in, or have a registered office in a restricted jurisdiction. ArcX may restrict wallet actions, deposits, withdrawals, order placement, claims, relays, or other transaction flows based on jurisdiction, sanctions screening, wallet risk signals, or other compliance controls. Users must not use VPNs, proxies, relays, or other methods to evade these restrictions.

ArcX currently restricts transaction activity from the following jurisdictions:

  • Canada
  • China
  • United States
  • Cuba
  • Hong Kong
  • Iran
  • North Korea
  • Russia
  • Syria
  • United Kingdom
  • Crimea, Ukraine
  • Donetsk, Ukraine
  • Luhansk, Ukraine
  • Sevastopol, Ukraine
ArcX may also restrict transaction activity from any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions or where use of ArcX would be unlawful. This list may change over time. Users are responsible for confirming that they are permitted to access and use ArcX under the laws that apply to them.
